Smoothie – Banana and Honey

Banana and Honey Smoothie


  • 1 frozen or fresh banana
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • Honey Lady Honey to taste


  1. Add chopped banana, yoghurt and honey.  Blitz!
  2. Add some milk if texture is too thick.

I use a stick blender but can be made in any food processor or Thermomix.

Mix up the fruit and/or the honey flavours to make your own combination.  Cinnamon Honey with banana is really good.
