Banana and Honey Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen or fresh banana
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- Honey Lady Honey to taste
Method:
- Add chopped banana, yoghurt and honey. Blitz!
- Add some milk if texture is too thick.
I use a stick blender but can be made in any food processor or Thermomix.
Mix up the fruit and/or the honey flavours to make your own combination. Cinnamon Honey with banana is really good.
