6 Tbl Peanut butter (or nut or seed butter of your choice)
3 Tbl Honey Lady Raw honey
2 Tbl Cacao
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1. Blend all ingredients together except the nuts and mix until well combined.
2. Pour mixture into loaf tin (use a silicon try or line the tray with baking paper)
3. Sprinkle over crushed nuts and bang tin on bench to help them settle in.
4. Place in fridge to set.
Variations – I sometimes use a mix of fruit and nut i.e. almonds and dried cranberries. Almonds and bee pollen (pictured) is good and so are Cashews.
