Honey & Peach Ice-cream

Honey & Peach Ice-cream (dairy free)


  • 825g tin of peaches – frozen
  • 1 tin coconut milk (approx 400 ml)
  • Raw Honey Lady Honey to taste


  1. Have your tin of peaches in the freezer so it’s ready to go whenever you are.
  2. Take the tin of peaches out of the freezer, roughly chop and then blitz in a blender.
  3. Put in ice-cream maker with the cold coconut milk and the honey.
  4. Follow ice-cream makers instructions


  • Swap the peaches for apricots
  • Use some Cinnamon or Chai Honey Lady Honey.
