Honey & Peach Ice-cream (Dairy Free)
- 825g tin of peaches – frozen
- 1 tin coconut milk (approx 400 ml)
- Raw Honey Lady Honey to taste (I use about a tablespoon of Orange Blossom honey)
- Have your tin of peaches in the freezer so it’s ready to go whenever you are.
- Take the tin of peaches out of the freezer, roughly chop and then blitz in a blender.
- Put in ice-cream maker with the cold coconut milk and the honey.
